Ajanabee Travel is engaged in providing travel distribution services via its travel portal and booking platform ("Platform") to its customers globally, that allows users to conduct bookings for travel and travel related products and services worldwide ("Services").

This website (the "Site") is published and maintained by Ajanabee Travel. When you access, browse, or use this Site you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth below.

As long as you comply with these terms, Ajanabee Travel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, view, and use this Site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any way.

Access to certain areas of the Site may only be available to registered members. You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us, about yourself and others, is true and accurate.

All materials on this Site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons, and such like (the "Content"), are Ajanabee Travel' intellectual property and are protected by copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein.

There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks ("Marks") found on this Site. By displaying them, Ajanabee Travel is not granting you any license to utilize those marks. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree that when using the Site, you shall not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others
• Publish or distribute any defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material
• Upload files containing viruses or software that may damage Ajanabee Travel' systems
• Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services without authorization
• Falsify the origin or source of any software or material uploaded

Ajanabee Travel may change, edit, or remove any user material that is illegal, indecent, obscene, or offensive, or that violates our policies.

You may be provided access to Ajanabee Travel' travel inventory database on a non-exclusive, non-assignable, and limited basis. The Inventory contains content, products, and services owned or provided by third-party suppliers including flights, hotels, cruises, etc. ("Suppliers").

The Inventory displayed on the Platform may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality.

You are responsible for checking and confirming the legality, purpose, and usage of any booking request. You further undertake to ensure that you shall:

• Adhere to any policy of the Supplier(s) of the Inventory
• Not tamper with or disrupt the operation of the Platform
• Not make bookings other than in response to a specific genuine request
• Not directly contact any Suppliers in relation to bookings unless instructed by Ajanabee Travel

Ajanabee Travel shall not be liable for any failure caused by misuse or inappropriate use of the Platform or Services.

• Voiding of any airline ticket will be as per airline norms plus applicable service charges per ticket
• Any cancellation will be entertained only till 1800 hours IST
• If payment is not made on time, Ajanabee Travel can cancel all PNRs/tickets without prior notice
• Refund requests must be raised within 90 days from the date of departure / check-in
• Any advance amount paid will be non-interest bearing and must be utilized within 360 days
• TDS will be deducted as per applicable law on all commissions and incentives
• Unadjusted credits not claimed within 2 years shall be deemed forfeited

Ajanabee Travel merely provides intermediary services and shall not be responsible for any deficiency of services or products provided by any Supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, or similar agency).

Your bookings are entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences. Ajanabee Travel does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper travel documents or other circumstances.

Ajanabee Travel does not warrant that use of its Services will be uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.

You agree to keep confidential any information exchanged between you and Ajanabee Travel. You shall not disclose or share Ajanabee Travel' pricing or inventory to any B2C channel or online platform directly available to end consumers.

Ajanabee Travel retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property including the Platform and Services, copyrights, trademarks, and domain names. You do not have the right to sub-license the use of our Platform.

All payments shall be made solely by the registered user who shall remain exclusively responsible for all financial transactions related to Ajanabee Travel services.

• Payments may be made upfront or on a credit basis where specifically agreed in writing
• All rates quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes except city tax or local government taxes payable directly
• You must pay invoices in the same currency as they are raised
• Bookings of 6 or more rooms shall be treated as group bookings governed by separate terms
• Refunds shall be processed as per the cancellation policy of the Supplier(s)
• Credit card chargebacks will be charged back to you on receipt from the bank

Ajanabee Travel may, with immediate effect and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform if:

• You breach any of your obligations under these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform is detected or reasonably anticipated
• Your use creates harm or financial detriment to Ajanabee Travel
• Unauthorized third-party payments or fraudulent activities are identified

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from forces beyond their control, including acts of war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, natural catastrophes, or interruptions of utilities and communications ("Force Majeure Event").

If a Force Majeure Event persists for more than 30 continuous days, both parties have the right to terminate the Services with immediate effect by providing written notice.

You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Ajanabee Travel against all actions, claims, costs, liabilities and losses which may arise directly or indirectly from any breach by you of these Terms or any negligent act or omission by you.

Neither party shall be liable for any loss of profit, business, goodwill, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages howsoever arising. In no event shall Ajanabee Travel' total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Any disputes arising shall be settled first by good faith negotiations within 7 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by Ajanabee Travel, with the venue at New Delhi, proceedings in English.
